PRIVACY:

Vintage Doorware knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information. Information provided to Vintage Doorware will remain private. We will never disseminate any information regarding our customers to any other organization or institution. This is our solemn promise.

Shopping at vintagedoorware.com is protected by Internet security. Using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services, protects this site.

In any case you have a specific requirement regarding the size, finish and style, please email info@vintagedoorware.com or call (727) 204-5867. We are happy to assist you with any special orders. Our online showroom is available 24/7. All special orders can be processed during normal working hours Mon-Fri 9 am – 5 pm EST.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Vintage Doorware accepts all major credit cards for web, phone, and in-store purchases. (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa)

SALES TAX:

We will charge a sales tax of 7% to shipping addresses within the state of Florida.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We ship orders across the United States, Canada, and International destination (except where trade is prohibited by US govt.). Please provide your accurate street at checkout. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Standard UPS Ground (7-14 business days) If expedited shipping is required, please email info@vintagedoorware.com or call our office (727) 204-5867 to arrange delivery of your order. International shipping (outside US): Orders for Canada may be completed online. All other international customers; please fill out our Mail/Fax Order Form to ensure accuracy. Please note that the local shipping company (UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service) may charge duties, GST/VAT taxes and/or other handling charges at delivery time which is beyond our control or US jurisdiction. These charges may be in addition to the shipping charges you may have paid at the time of order.

Many orders are drop shipped directly from the factory warehouses. Some products are custom finished by the factory after the order is received. We advise our customers not to schedule any installation jobs for products ordered until the shipment has arrived at your doorstep.

PRICING:

The price and availability of hardware items change on a daily basis. We do our best to maintain the latest pricing on a regular basis. If there is a price change on an item you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you for confirmation before processing the order.

RETURNS:

We will do everything possible to ensure your experience ordering from Vintage Doorware is beyond your expectations. We understand there are times when you would like to return and/or exchange items that do not fit your requirements.

Please inspect our order immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage caused by shipping, please notify us immediately or no later than 3 days by calling (727) 204-5867 or info@vintagedoorware.com.

  1. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days from original date of shipment
  2. You must receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number before returning any item. Please email your request to info@vintagedoorware.com, explain the problem in detail and we will email you a RGA # within 3 business days.
  3. All returns must be received in its original, undamaged packaging and re-saleable condition.
  4. No returns on special orders.
  5. If you received the wrong items or if you received a damaged or defective item, we will ship out a replacement and have the damaged or defective item picked up and we will pay the shipping costs. Alternatively you may request for an expedited delivery of the replacement product by paying for the cost of the item(s) plus shipping charges up front, and receive a credit for the cost of the item(s) after the returns are received and inspected by Vintage Doorware. If you are returning an item for any other reason, there will be a 25% restocking fee, per item, regardless of the value. 6. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  7. For your protection, when returning an item, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
  8. Packages that are refused on delivery will be charged the 25% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways.

CREDITS:

Credits are issued within 7-10 business days after the receipt of the returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

WARRANTY & CLAIMS:

Please note Vintage Doorware is a reseller of product from many different manufacturers who are the BEST IN THE INDUSTRY. All products come with original manufacturer’s warranty.

Any defects in workmanship, receipt of damaged or incorrect goods must be reported to Vintage Doorware within 3 business days of receipt of the individual items.
